An item is missing from my shipment. Click "Login" to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have been shipped. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your package was delivered. If your package shows a status of "delivered", please contact our customer service for assistance.

How do I create an account?v Click the "Create Account" icon. Enter your email address. Select "I am a new customer". Then simply follow the instructions to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private.
How do I edit my account information? Click "Login" to edit your account information.
I forgot my password. Click "Login", under the login box you will see a link saying that say "Forgot your password? Click here". An email with your password will be sent to you thanks to this link.
I received the wrong product. If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact the customer service within 72-hours of receiving the product.

When will my order be shipped? See the individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. After placing your order, you may click "Login" to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has been shipped and tracking information within 48-72 hours of shipment.

Shipping Policy

Submit your order as mentioned in the billing address. Once you confirm your order, you will receive your order confirmation number. Email customerservice@thierrysaintjean.com and provide this order confirmation number along with an alternative address where La Poste or Fedex can deliver.
Ground shipments: Orders will typically be delivered within 3 to 5 business days (Tuesday - Saturday)
Weekend and holiday deliveries are unavailable. Weekends do not count as a business day.


Thierrysaintjean.com can not be considered as the person in charge of the contract, due to mishaps.

Recording products bought to satisfy professional needs, thierrysaintjean.com will incur no responsibility for consequential damage because of present loss, operating loss, the loss of profits, which might arise.

Do you ship to my country?
Please create an account by clicking the "Create Account". In the signing-up procedure we will ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country yet.

When will my order ship?
Since it takes to request and receive special customs forms and arrangements, some international orders may not ship for 48 hours after order has been placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been marked for delivery.

Do I have to pay for custom's duties and taxes?
Yes. Shipping charges from this site will not include any customs fees, duties or import taxes levied against your order by your country's customs office, and are the responsability of the recipient. Thierry Saint jean Shop online has no control over these fees.
