RETURN POLICY



Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within 8 days from the date merchandise has been received. Items must be returned in condition received with all tags intact or the merchandise will be returned to sender.

All sales are final on underwear and sales items.

According to current legal requirements in relation to the conformity of goods with the contract or with latent defects and, in particular, those recalled in the appendix to the present CGV, the defective products or those not corresponding to your order will be refunded.

Refunds will only be credited to the original credit card used for the order. Shipping is not refundable.

Return shipping charges will only be refunded in case of errors attributable to thierrysaintjean.com Online. We will only refund up to the price of "standard ground / economy" shipping.

Customer service operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 2 pm PST.
A Return Authorization Number must be obtained from customer services to receive a refund. RAN must be written on the outside of the package. If RAN is not visible, the package may get misdirected or returned to you. On the packing slip, circle the item(s) being returned. Please indicate the reason for return. Pack the merchandise securely. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship to name, address and phone number; order number; reasons for return.

It is highly recommended that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS (with delivery confirmation), UPS or FedEx. We cannot be responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries. Returns may take up to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
